And this is why we need more executive functioning and career coaches who aren't NT and have walked the walk of their clients' ambitions. Too many of them either "get inspired" by their kids or have bland counseling/HR/school admin/new age charlatan backgrounds and it shows in the counterproductive drivel they call “advice”.
