I think that the topic of trans children inspires some pretty loudly intersectional forms of bigotry. You have the ageism-transphobia combination whereby we get this double standard that trans kids are "too young" to know or explore their gender identity whereas cis kids aren't and trans adults are considered "okay to do so" (which is also probably rooted in this idea that being trans is some big oversexualized adult "choice"). You have the transphobia-ableism mixture where people think autistic trans people are incapable of knowing that they're trans, because again, it's seen as some kind of big "choice" that only allistics get the privilege of "making". Then you have the misogyny and sexism wrapped up in seeing AFABs as these special little hysterical flowers who people don't see as being worth taking as seriously as "the boys".
