I've had an absurd quantity of executive functioning coaches (funded by my state thankfully) who'd make you think someone lobbied them to peddle to-do lists. It took me a while to realize that this, especially in the form it was presented to me was going against the grain of the way my brain works with a level of absurdity rivaling that of trying to get a cat to become an Olympic-level swimmer.
