Speech output and IQ aren't really proportional to adaptive functioning, which is what ultimately makes categories like Asperger's and terms like "high-functioning" incredibly misleading and not very useful, but otherwise, this makes sense. We really need to hammer into the pros that autism comes alongside all personality types and that speech can be a splinter skill within it.
