The moral compass issue is a big sticking point for me. Of course, my morals are just as subjective as anyone else's, but I find that a disturbing number of people don't really have any solid principles and just adjust their morals to whatever hierarchy or alliance they are trying to maintain. I'd even go as far as to say that the ways in which so many people prioritize social harmony over values are a glitch that allows phenomenon like wars, discrimination, and incidents of sexual harassment being kept under wraps for decades. When I don't change my opinions solely because someone "higher up" or in the majority disagrees with me, it creates a lot of friction.
